What clients ask about building.

Do you work with plots I already own?

Yes. If your plot has clean title and access, we can design and build on it. If the paperwork isn't clean yet, our land team helps you sort that first.

How does the fixed-price contract work?

After design sign-off, we issue a single fixed-price quote covering labour, materials and management. Only client-initiated changes move the number — market swings don't.

What's a realistic budget for a 4-bedroom?

Currently GH₵ 950,000 – 1.6M for a mid-spec 4-bedroom in Kumasi, depending on plot, finishes and services. We share full itemised quotes before you commit.

Can I visit the site during construction?

Any time, with a day's notice for safety. You also get fortnightly written reports with dated photos, so no visit is required to know where we are.

Do you offer stage payments?

Yes — payments are tied to verified construction milestones, not calendar dates. You only release the next tranche when the last stage is signed off.
