Titled land

Titled land — paperwork done before you pay.

Every plot we list carries verified boundaries, clean title and Lands Commission records. Buy with confidence; build when you're ready.

Why buy land with us

The only plots we list are the ones we'd buy.

Ghana's land market is famously messy — double sales, contested titles, disputed boundaries. We only list plots that have already survived our full due diligence: title search, land-commission check, boundary survey and on-site inspection.

Questions, answered

What clients ask about land.

How do I know a plot is really titled?

Before listing, we run a title search at the Lands Commission, verify the indenture chain and physically inspect the pillars. We share the reference numbers with you and can arrange an independent search.

Can I pay for land in instalments?

Yes, for most plots. We offer 3–12 month instalment schedules in Cedis, with the indenture drafted at signing and title released on final payment.

Who covers registration and stamp duty?

The buyer covers stamp duty and Lands Commission registration fees. We handle the filing and the running-around — you just review and sign.

What if the boundaries are challenged later?

Every plot has a written boundary warranty. If a boundary is contested in the first three years, we defend it at our cost — including re-survey and legal representation.

Do you sell agricultural or commercial land?

Occasionally. Our focus is residential and mixed-use, but we list agricultural and commercial parcels when the title paperwork meets our standard.
