Are your rents quoted in Cedis or dollars?

Every rent on our books is quoted and paid in Ghana Cedis. If a landlord insists on USD, we won't take the listing.

How much rent in advance is normal?

1 to 2 years in advance is standard in Ghana, though we can often negotiate 6-month terms on furnished apartments. We'll always tell you before you view.

Do you charge tenants a fee?

A single agency commission equal to one month's rent, disclosed before viewings and only payable if you sign a lease we found.

What if something breaks after I move in?

One WhatsApp number handles everything — we coordinate with the landlord and vetted trades, and log every request in a shared ledger.

Can I rent an unfurnished property furnished?

For many units, yes — we can bring in a furniture package (billed monthly) so you don't have to buy from scratch for a 12-month lease.
